How do I insert emoticons into Windows Live Messenger?

Once you have downloaded and saved the free emoticons onto your PC follow these steps to install the free animated emoticons into Windows Live Messenger:

2. Select the smiley and choose "more" and it will bring you to the window below, click "Create"

3. Click "Find image"
